Wa, for a couple have three children already and still want a boy, at the end they get seven more children. That's miracle, they should have Iron Man's strong power to take care their family.
I total understand boy is more important than a girl. In other hand government should rigor their fertility treatment. That will not just help Ghazala family, it will help many poverty family. In Egypt government facing over population and economic decline problem. So, it's very important government to solve over population and fertility treatment.
